IMPORTANT:
1. From 2017, the medical opinion is charged to all the patients.
2. We will refund the opinion charges, if patient books appointment through our portal and visits the referred doctor for treatment. Amount will be refunded after treatment is done. Send us hospital bill or discharge summary to get the refund.
3. You can book online appointment through our website if you find suitable doctor profile and visit the doctor, this service is free of charge. We don’t charge for appointment. However you will have to pay hospital charges as directed by the hospital or clinic.
REFUND POLICY:
Patients have an option to ask opinion from another expert, if they are not satisfied with the opinion they got. In such cases, there will be no refund of the money, as we have to pay the doctor who gives opinion. Patients will get a free opinion from another expert.
In case, Medisense is unable to get the opinion within 3 business days after receiving medical reports and payment, patient will be eligible for 50% refund. Medisense service charges to be deducted. Patients are encouraged to followup after 2 days, to avoid inconvenience.
